Review: Traveler

Jessa has spent her life dreaming of other worlds and writing down stories more interesting than her own, until the day her favorite character, Finn, suddenly shows up and invites her out for coffee. After the requisite nervous breakdown, Jessa learns that she and Finn are Travelers, born with the ability to slide through reflections and dreams into alternate realities. But it’s not all steampunk pirates and fantasy lifestyles…Jessa is dying over and over again, in every reality, and Finn is determined that this time, he’s going to stop it… this Jessa is going to live.

Traveler is a fun and engaging book that carries you into a very interest world. I really liked the main character Jessa. She’s very caring, smart and funny. Finn is also a very great character! Although there are actually several Finn’s(lol). Pirate Finn’s the best! The story itself however, was okay.
I love the fact that this book takes place where parallel universes exists. Each time she traveled, she became another “Jessa” and met another Finn. I loved how she almost becomes another person! However, as I reader, I’m enraged! She basically makes out with a different person every time she travels. I have a feeling, the author’s going to create this love triangle. But it just doesn’t work! Then, at times, I feel like Jessa’s extremely annoying, because she ignores her best friend for no reason! Best friend, for goodness sakes! In addition, I felt like there were too many holes in the story! The traveling to each universe was extremely confusing.
Overall, this book is okay! It was fun, kept be pretty entertained(but also annoyed). If you want, give this book a chance. You never know!
